There's no evidence that you used comparable tools in each program. But again we have no idea what kind tools you used for anything, color or otherwise, since you provided JPGs for us to look at. If I were forced to make a judgement, I'd say the color of the Inkscape version is brighter. And you haven't mentioned anything about how you made the colors.
If there are differences in the color quality, that also is not an equal comparison, because I think Illustrator has some color features which Inkscape doesn't have yet (CMYK color, for example). It's rather differences in the shape of the paths here and there. I do see some differences in the drawings, but it's not in how they are rendered (which again, using JPGs for comparison is meaningless for comparing 2 vector editors).
